Inter are interested in Roma talent Riccardo Calafiori, according to a report from Italian media outlet Corriere dello Sport earlier today.

The report details how the 18-year-old and his agent Mino Raiola were expecting a reassuring call from the Giallorossi about his stay in the Italia capital earlier today after rumours surfaced that the player would be sold by the Roman club in the summer, but no call has arrived yet. Calafiori is Roman and would be happy to stay with the Giallorossi, but many other clubs are interested in him.

These clubs are Juventus, Inter, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United, the report continues, all ready to launch an assault for him if a contract offer doesn’t arrive soon. The player’s family will meet soon to discuss his future and decide what they want to do.

Calafiori has made 16 appearances for the Giallorossi’s Primavera squad so far this season, scoring five goals and providing two assists in that time.
