Inter manager Antonio Conte has been left impressed by what Christian Eriksen has shown in training as of late according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Danish national team player has been like a completely different player compared to the one seen when football was brought to a halt in March due to the Coronavirus crisis and the report goes on to explain that due to this he should be able to establish himself more when the season gets back underway in the coming weeks.

The report from the Milan based newspaper goes on to add that Eriksen is in with a real shout of being included in the starting line-up for Inter’s first game back, which will seemingly be the second leg of their Coppa Italia semi final clash with Napoli.

Conte is well aware that the former Ajax man could be a difference maker in such a close match especially due to his free kick taking ability and his ability to score goals from long range.
