Lautaro Martinez will either remain in Milan with Inter or go to Barcelona in the coming months according to a report from the online edition of Spanish based news outlet Mundo Deportivo.

Negotiations between the clubs are ongoing but an agreement is yet to be reached. Reports in Italy are stating Lautaro and Barcelona have an agreement over personal terms but this report goes on to state that Barcelona are neither confirming or denying this and the report goes on to explain that they are well aware of the player’s intentions.

He has a €111 million release clause in his contract which is active for the first fortnight in July and Inter will only accept less than that amount if players are offered as part of any deal.

Junior Firpo, Jean-Clair Todibo, Nelson Semedo and Arturo Vidal have all been suggested as counterparts but for the time being Inter are only focused on getting cash for the 22-year-old.

Inter are in the process of seeking out a replacement for Lautaro and until they have one they will not lower their demands.
