Radja Nainggolan’s future will be decided upon his return to Inter according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset, which was aired a short time ago.

The former Belgian national team player is currently out on loan at Inter’s fellow Serie A side Cagliari and will return to the Nerazzurri once the loan deal expires but his future is far from clear at the moment.

As per the report, one of two things could happen with the former Roma player. The Nerazzurri club could include him as a counterpart in a deal for another player or he could be reintegrated into the first team picture given it will be difficult to get €20 million for him, which is too high a figure for clubs to pay for him during this crisis period.

The 32-year-old joined Inter in the Summer of 2018 and has made 36 appearances across all competitions to date in an Inter shirt. Whilst representing the club, Nainggolan has scored seven goals and provided three assists for his teammates.
