Inter are still negotiating with Hellas Verona for Albanian talent Marash Kumbulla, and the Gialloblu don’t want any players in exchange, according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sports Italia earlier today.

The report details how the Nerazzurri have been in talks with the Veneto based club for the 20-year-old Albanian defender for some time now. Kumbulla has impressed in his debut season in Serie A and the Milanese club believe in his potential.

Hellas Verona don’t want players in exchange for Kumbulla, the report continues, and instead are expecting a large cash payment. Inter are still in talks with the Veneto based club, but still haven’t managed to finalise the deal yet. Juventus are still interested in the player but aren’t as close to him as the Nerazzurri are.

Kumbulla has made 19 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 1581 minutes. In that time, he scored one goal and helped the side keep seven clean sheets.
