Inter will pay Botev Plovdiv a sum of €500,000 to sign Nikola Iliev according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

As part of the deal, the two clubs also agreed to a clause which will see the Bulgarian Parva Liga side earn a percentage of a sale if Inter are to sell the newly turned 16-year-old on in the future.

The highly rated young Bulgarian midfielder visited the Suning Training Centre in memory of Angelo Moratti yesterday to see the facilities that he will be able to use.

Iliev, who Inter have pipped several other clubs to, including Manchester United, will initially be part of Armando Madonna’s Primavera side.

The Bulgarian is one of two young players set to arrive at Inter in the coming months with reports elsewhere stating that Inter have as good as finalised a deal for Panathinaikos youngster Georgios Vagiannidis.
