Inter have won the race to sign FC Luzern’s Darian Males according to a report from Italian football journalist and transfer market expert Alfredo Pedulla.

The Nerazzurri club have beaten fellow Serie A side Atalanta as well as Spanish outfit Valencia to the signing of the 19-year-old, who has had a real breakthrough season at the Swiss Super League outfit.

FC Luzern demanded €4 million for the Swiss youth national team striker but Pedulla explains that Inter will finalise a deal for a little less than that amount.

Males will arrive at Inter in the upcoming transfer window and in a bid to help him adapt to Italian football, the Nerazzurri club will loan him out to Parma, a club they have extremely good relations with and have loaned several players to recently, including Ionut Radu.

This season Males, who has played predominantly as an attacking midfielder, has made 22 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored two goals and provided four assists.
