Fiorentina are interested in signing Inter target Sandro Tonali, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Florence based newspaper La Nazione.

The report details how the Viola are interested in both Tonali and the 27-year-old Italian defender Stefano Sabelli. Sabelli is an idea that the Florence based club have had for some time now, with their interest in Tonali being partly a novelty and partly a demonstration of their efforts to strengthen the squad.

Rocco Commisso’s club is ready to enter talks with Brescia regarding Tonali, the report continues. The 20-year-old Italian, who is contracted to Brescia until 2022, has already agreed personal terms with Inter, who are now in talks with his club to try and close out the deal. Tonali has made 24 appearances across all competitions, scoring one goal and providing one assist in that time, being one of the few bright spots in Brescia’s squad.
