Inter are close to signing FC Luzern talent Darian Males, beating out the competition from Atalanta and Valencia, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how the Nerazzurri are keen to sign the 19-year-old Swiss Serbian forward, who is contracted to FC Luzern until 2022.

Atalanta and Valencia are also both interested in acquiring the player, but have lost out to the Milanese club. Inter will pay €4 million for Males, and will then send him out on loan to Parma to develop.

This won’t be the only youth signing Inter will complete this summer, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport. After signing Franco Carboni from Catania in January, the Nerazzurri are now planning to sign his brother Valentin in the summer transfer window.

The duo are the sons of former Argentinean professional Ezequiel Carboni, who is now a youth coach at Catania.
