Pedro is on the verge of agreeing a deal to join Roma on a free transfer in the coming months according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.
The Spanish winger’s contract with Chelsea is set to expire and he appears set to join the Giallorossi in September, when his deal is up, with Roma finalising the details of the contract he will get, as per the report which appeared on Di Marzio’s website.
The former Barcelona player has spent the past five years with the Premier League side and has also found himself linked with a possible move to Inter in recent weeks as well.
32-year-old Pedro has made 18 appearances across all competitions to date this term. In just over 1200 minutes on the park, the 2010 World Cup winner has scored two goals and he has also provided a total of three assists for his teammates.
