Inter are planning to fund the deal for Brescia starlet Sandro Tonali with the money earnt from the sales of Ivan Perisic and Joao Mario, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The report details how the Nerazzurri are keen to sign the 20-year-old Italian midfielder, who has impressed in his debut season in Serie A with Brescia. The Milanese club have prepared an offer of €30-35 million for Tonali, lower than Cellino’s €50 million valuation but also more realistic given the current financial climate.

The money for this deal will come from the sales of Perisic to Bayern Munich and Joao Mario, the report continues. The German champions are interested in making the Croatian forward’s stay in Bavaria permanent and are considering activating their buy option on the player. Joao Mario hasn’t fully impressed Russian side Lokomotiv Moscow but could still find a new home elsewhere next summer, considering that he has no future with Inter.
