Marash Kumbulla remains a target for Inter but for the time being he is not a priority for them according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Biasin.

Inter have been courting the highly rated young Hellas Verona defender for some time now and Biasin suggests that Inter could move for him in the coming months if he has not secured a move elsewhere by then.

“Inter still cares for him, but at the moment he is not a priority. The Nerazzurri will come forward for him no earlier than September if the boy has not already moved elsewhere,” he wrote as part of his latest editorial piece for Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.

Biasin then briefly touched upon Inter’s long courtship of Fiorentina’s Federico Chiesa, who has also been heavily linked with a potential move to Juventus too: “Inter reiterate that a deal with Fiorentina is impossible.”

Next Biasin discussed Inter striker Lautaro Martinez’s future. The Argentine national team forward has been heavily linked with a potential switch to Spanish giants Barcelona ahead of the upcoming transfer window but they have been reluctant to trigger his €111 million release clause or meet Inter’s demands for him.

“The boy played so-so the other day. “He is thinking of Barcelona!” say the majority. Maybe, but others say, “In Spain they want his release clause to expire to so his price drops.” I wish to reiterate that the clause is an opportunity for those who buy, from 8 July Inter will not ask for a million less, if anything a million more.”
