Inter have no interest in losing Italian talent Sebastiano Esposito and are looking to offering him a new contract, according to a report from Italian media outlet Calciomercato.com earlier today.

The report details how the 18-year-old Italian striker, who celebrated his birthday earlier this week, has many fans in the Nerazzurri set up, not least coach Antonio Conte. The club have no interest in losing Esposito this summer and he will only leave Milan on a loan deal, in order to earn more regular playing time and develop.

Esposito himself wants to stay with Inter, the report continues, and is open to signing a new contract that would expire in 2025. His current deal expires in 2022.

The only distance between the two parties now is the player’s salary, but talks are ongoing and both parties are confident an agreement will be reached. The teenager has scored one goal in 12 first team appearances for the Nerazzurri.
