Barcelona have offered Antoine Griezmann to both Inter and Juventus according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Il Messaggero.

The Blaugrana club offered the French national team forward to Inter as part of a deal for Lautaro Martinez but his €17 million salary is insurmountable for both Inter and Juventus and even the biggest of clubs.

Griezmann joined Barcelona this past Summer from Atletico Madrid for €120 million but his time at the Camp Nou has went far from expected.

The report goes on to explain that Inter have every intention of trying to sign Lautaro Martinez to a new and improved contract in a bid to deter the interest shown in him.

Inter plan to raise his salary to €5 million a year but do have a plan B in mind in the event that he is to depart the club.

Should he leave, Inter could move for either Arsenal’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang or Edinson Cavani, who is now a free agent following his release from Paris Saint-Germain at the end of last month.
