Romelu Lukaku, Ashley Young and Antonio Candreva were Inter’s best performers in the 2-1 loss to Bologna last night at San Siro according to the player ratings published in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

Lukaku scored Inter’s only goal of the match at the midway point of the first half whilst Young and Candreva had some good moments in the match. All three players have been handed 6.5/10 ratings.

Club captain Samir Handanovic was Inter’s next best performer despite the fact he conceded two goals. The Slovenian made many big saves and ultimately kept Inter from being embarrassed even more. He has been given a 6/10 rating.

Stefan de Vrij, Danilo D’Ambrosio and Marcelo Brozovic were Inter’s next best performers with them receiving ratings of just 5/10.

Alessandro Bastoni and Lautaro Martinez both got 4.5 whilst the worst performances on the night belonged to Roberto Gagliardini, Alexis Sanchez and Christian Eriksen who both got 4/10.

The Milan based news outlet gave Inter’s performance as a whole a rating of 4/10 and also gave manager Antonio Conte the same rating, with his failure to make changes sooner one of the main factors in this.
