Antoine Griezmann could end up at Inter as part of a deal that would send Lautaro Martinez to Barcelona according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper La Stampa.

The French national team player could join Inter on a two year loan deal with his salary split 50/50 between the two clubs.

Barcelona have shown an interest in signing Lautaro for a considerable amount of time and now his €111 million release clause has expired, the two clubs could come to a different sort of agreement.

It remains to be seen how much cash would be included on top of Griezmann and whether the former Atletico Madrid player would be open to a move to Inter, where he could play alongside close friend Diego Godin, if the Uruguayan is not moved on in the coming months.

This season Griezmann has made 45 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored 15 goals and provided four assists.
