Alexis Sanchez was one of Inter’s standout performers statistically in last night’s 2-2 draw away to Hellas Verona according to a report published on Inter’s official club website.

The Chilean national team striker was drafted into the starting line-up for the match at the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi and although he never scored or assisted either of Inter’s two goals, he posted some good numbers.

The former Barcelona and Arsenal star made 46 successful passes, won 10 of the 20 duels he was engaged in and ran faster than any other Inter player during the match as he clocked a top speed of 33.2km/h.

Sanchez arrived at Inter on a season long loan from Premier League club Manchester United this past Summer and the loan has been extended until this time next month to allow him to finish the Serie A season.

Reports in the media have suggested that Inter are keen to keep a hold of Sanchez and could either take him on loan again or sign him on a permanent basis.
