Federico Chiesa wishes to leave Fiorentina according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

Fiorentina have failed in their bid to convince the Italian national team winger to remain with the club and a willingness to move on has emerged from Chiesa, who is widely regarded as one of the best young Italian players out there.

La Viola had previously demanded €70 million for Chiesa but that price has now dropped and as things stand Juventus are in pole position to sign him.

As per the report, the Bianconeri are said to be willing to offer either Cristian Romero or Gonzalo Higuain to the Florence based club as part of a deal and it is understood that Fiorentina president and owner Rocco Commisso is now open to counterparts being included in deals.

Inter have also been strongly linked with Chiesa for a very long time but it is unclear what the Nerazzurri intentions are for him.
