Italian journalist Paolo Bargiggia has taken to social media platform Twitter to criticise Inter manager Antonio Conte for the game plan that he employed in the 2-2 draw with Hellas Verona on Wednesday night.

Inter went behind a few minutes after the game started but got themselves ahead following a quick fire double at the start of the second half. Inter failed to hold on to the lead they had with Hellas Verona scoring with their only shot on goal in the second half with five minutes to spare.

He posted: “Conte’s game philosophy is long balls up to Romelu Lukaku and see what happens. It was a bit like in the oratory when I was 10-years-old only a coach earning €12 million a year was not training them.”
