Juventus and Inter are both keen to sign Roma talisman Nicolo Zaniolo this summer, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.
The report details how many clubs are interested in signing the 21-year-old Italian forward, with interest also coming from abroad, but Juventus are ahead of the pack, due to the excellent relationship between the clubs. The Bianconeri can’t make a large offer outright and so need to find creative ways of reaching the €50-60 million requested by the Giallorossi.
Inter have a plan to sign Zaniolo, the report continues. The Nerazzurri would earn 15% on a future resale of the 21-year-old, due to the fact that they included the clause when selling him to Roma a few years ago, which would give them a €7.5 million discount on the player in a deal now.
Inter have began contacts and the plan would be to sign Zaniolo in exchange for money and Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan.
