Inter striker Romelu Lukaku may miss the Nerazzurri’s Monday night clash against Torino due to injury, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how the 27-year-old Belgian striker, who is contracted to the Milanese club until 2024, felt discomfort between the adductor of his right thigh and his hip, and so asked to be substituted off.

If the discomfort hasn’t disappeared by training today, then the club will investigate his condition and it’s likely that he could miss the game against Torino in order to ensure a full recovery. One piece of good news is that Victor Moses has made a full recovery and will be available for the Torino game.

Lukaku has made 42 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 3452 minutes. In that time, he has scored 26 goals and provided five assists, settling in well in Milan after joining from Manchester United last summer.
