Inter manager Antonio Conte will make a number of changes to the side that started against Torino for Thursday night’s clash with SPAL according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

Andrea Ranocchia and Milan Skriniar are to come into the defence in place of Stefan de Vrij and Diego Godin respectively.

Ashley Young and Danilo D’Ambrosio, who started at left wing-back and right wing-back against Torino, will be replaced by Cristiano Biraghi and Antonio Candreva.

Having started the last two matches on the bench, Christian Eriksen will come back in at attacking midfield in place of veteran midfielder Borja Valero.

Conte will also bring Romelu Lukaku back into the starting XI and he will take the place of Alexis Sanchez and will partner Lautaro Martinez.
