Inter are trying to speed up negotiations with Atalanta over Robin Gosens to avoid being priced out of a move for him according to a report from Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.com.

Gosens has been the best performing full back/wing-back across Europe’s top five leagues this season when it comes to goals and assists and this has led to a number of clubs sparking an interest in signing him.

Inter are among the pack of clubs chasing him and are fearful that should his great form continue, Atalanta could up their asking price from €30 million to a price out of Inter’s reach.

Juventus are also understood to be interested in the German as are several clubs from the Bundesliga. Due to the risk of his price increasing and the other interest, Inter are trying to hurry negotiations with Atalanta.

This season Gosens has made 37 appearances across all competitions to date this term, in which he has scored 10 goals and provided eight assists for his teammates.
