AC Milan wish to keep Franck Kessie at the club amid interest from clubs elsewhere according to a report from Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.com.

The Ivorian national team midfielder has drawn links to Inter and Napoli and although his price is rising after every game and AC Milan could make a significant capital gain, they do not want to let the former Cesena player go.

Kessie currently has a value of €12 million against the Rossoneri’s club’s books and his price has risen from €25 million to €40 million in the past few weeks due to his good performances.

A meeting between the club and Kessie’s representatives has been scheduled for the end of the season and in this meeting Kessie’s representatives want AC Milan to clarify what their aims are.

This season Kessie has made 33 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored four goals and provided two assists for his teammates.
