Inter wing-back Victor Moses has shared his delight at being back involved in the squad again after a period out on the sidelines a short time before Inter’s match away to SPAL begins at the Stadio Paolo Mazza.

“I am happy to be available again, I feel very good. I have been out of three games, I really want to play and I am very happy to to be here,” the Nigerian national team player explained in an interview with Inter’s official club broadcaster Inter TV.

Next he was asked if Inter’s goal is to bother arch rivals Juventus in what remains of the season.

“We are ready, there are still six matches and we will always fight. We have a good squad, with excellent players. Everything is possible, we must remain united.”

He then went on to briefly discuss tonight’s match: “Tonight I have a lot of confidence but it will be difficult, we will have to fight, but we know what we have to do.”

In an interview with Italian broadcaster DAZN a short while after he sang the praises of Inter manager Antonio Conte.

“Conte is a great coach and the type of manager I want. He is someone who prepares for games at 100%. He is a winner who wants to win any game you play. We players always respect him very much.”

Moses joined Inter on an initial six month loan with option to buy this past January from Premier League side Chelsea and the loan was recently extended until the end of August due to the season being extended as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Since his arrival the former Wigan Athletic player has made 4 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has provided three assists for his teammates.

He has been named amongst the substitutes for this evening’s clash with SPAL, who are currently sitting at the bottom of the Serie A table.
