Italian journalist and Italian broadcaster TeleLombardia director Fabio Ravezzani has insisted that whilst both Inter manager Antonio Conte and Juventus manager Maurizio Sarri are currently performing below expectations, they should not be definitively judged until the end of the season.

Conte has come in for some criticsm as of late in the Italian media and a number of reports have suggested that he could be sacked or re-sign from his post.

Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta recently admitted he did not foresee a managerial change whilst Conte himself admitted that if the club were not happy with him he would step aside and not be a burden.

Sarri has also come in for criticism despite the fact he has the Bianconeri sitting top of the table with a seven point cushion on current second placed Lazio.

Ravezzani took to social media platform Twitter to share his thoughts on the current speculation concerning both managers.

He posted: “Inter and Juve should be judged after each game, not yet for the whole season. In this whirlwind ending, Sarri and Conte are imbeciles on Wednesday but are geniuses on Sunday. We should wait for the cups before judging. Certainly so far they have both been below expectations.”
