Inter manager Antonio Conte will make four changes to the side that started last night’s 4-0 win away to SPAL for this coming weekend’s match away to Roma according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

Stefan de Vrij will come back into the starting line-up having been rested for the match at the Stadio Paolo Mazza and will take the place of Andrea Ranocchia.

Ashley Young, who came on as a substitute and delivered an assist last night, will come back into the starting XI too and will replace Cristiano Biraghi.

After another below par performance, Christian Eriksen will be dropped to the bench again and will be replaced by veteran attacking midfielder Borja Valero.

Despite a man of the match performance against SPAL, Alexis Sanchez will be replaced in the starting line-up by Inter top goalscorer Romelu Lukaku, who will be back available again following injury.

Probable Inter starting line-up (3-4-1-2): Samir Handanovic; Milan Skriniar, Stefan De Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Antonio Candreva, Roberto Gagliardini, Marcelo Brozovic, Ashley Young; Borja Valero; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
