Inter Weighing Up Possibility Of Going Back In For Roma Captain Edin Dzeko

Inter are continuing to weigh up a possible move for Roma’s Edin Dzeko and could soon go back in for him according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

Inter had tried to sign the Roma captain last Summer but he ended up putting pen to paper on a new three year deal with Roma which he earns €7.5 million a year from.

Roma are considering letting the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team player depart the club and the 34-year-old could end up at Inter.

Inter manager Antonio Conte convinced him to join last Summer prior to him renewing his contract with Roma and it is understood that Conte still wants the former Manchester City player added to his team.

This season Dzeko has made 39 appearances across all competitions to date. In his time on the park he has scored 18 goals and provided 10 assists for his teammates.
