Barcelona are planning to offer Inter €70 million plus Junior Firpo and Arturo Vidal for striker Lautaro Martinez, according to a report from Italian media outlet FcInterNews earlier today.

The report details how the Blaugrana are incredibly keen to sign the 22-year-old Argentine striker, who is contracted to Inter until 2023. The Nerazzurri aren’t particularly interested in losing their player, especially after his €111 million release clause expired earlier this month, but would still listen to offers from Barcelona.

The Blaugrana are hoping to offer €70 million plus the two players in exchange for Lautaro, the report continues. The inclusion of Vidal would please coach Antonio Conte, who has been looking to bring the player to Milan for almost a year now.

The Catalan club would need to make a significant amount of capital for the deal, considering their €10 million a season five-year contract offer to the 22-year-old. The Nerazzurri also appreciate that they will need to sell in order to fund their new purchases, but Conte would prefer the sale of Milan Skriniar or, at most, Marcelo Brozovic.
