Inter are only six points behind rivals Juventus and must win against Roma tomorrow night, but will be cursing the points wasted throughout the season, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The report details how Juventus are only three wins away from winning the league title, with five games to go, but are currently only six points ahead of the Nerazzurri. Should Inter beat Roma tomorrow and Lazio beat the Bianconeri on Monday, Antonio Conte’s squad will only be three points behind the Turin based club.

Points have been wasted throughout the season, the report continues, with games like Hellas Verona and Bologna, as well as Sassuolo, fresh in the mind. Another regret is that both Stefano Sensi and Alexis Sanchez were unavailable for large parts of the season, with both impressing when given the chance. The Chilean can still make the difference in the remaining games of the season.
