Inter may be willing to sell Croatian midfielder Marcelo Brozovic in order to make space for Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante, according to a report from Italian media outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.

The report details how Nerazzurri coach Antonio Conte suggested the 29-year-old Kante to Inter CEO Beppe Marotta a long time ago, but at the time it seemed as if the player was considered unsellable by the London club.

However, Frank Lampard’s team are now willing to sell the 2018 World Cup winner and the Milanese club are interested.

Inter may be willing to lose Brozovic in order to both make space for Kante and fund the deal for the player, the report continues. The Croatian recently lost his driving license after being caught drink driving, being punished by the club as a result. Conte is looking to strengthen the squad as much as possible this summer in order to immediately start winning next season.
