Inter coach Antonio Conte will make three changes to the starting 11 ahead of tomorrow night’s clash against Roma, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The report details how Spanish midfielder Borja Valero is set to start ahead of former Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen, despite the Dane’s decent performance against SPAL on Thursday.

Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku will start alongside Lautaro Martinez, leaving Alexis Sanchez to sit on the bench. Nicolo Barella will also return to the squad, replacing Roberto Gagliardini in the starting 11.

Only Stefano Sensi and Matias Vecino remain injured, the report continues, important considering the critical stage of the season. Three points against Roma tomorrow is vital for Inter, as the club are only six points behind rivals Juventus, who play Lazio on Monday.

Probable Inter Lineup (3-4-1-2): Samir Handanovic; Milan Skriniar, Stefan De Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Antonio Candreva, Nicolo Barella, Marcelo Brozovic, Ashley Young; Borja Valero; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
