Inter are looking to sign Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali and Chelsea full back Emerson Palmieri, but the negotiations with their respective clubs are slow, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

The report details how the Nerazzurri are confident that they can sign the 20-year-old Italian from Brescia this summer, planning to offer the Lombard club a loan deal with a buy obligation attached worth a total of €30 million plus add-ons, similar to the deal made with Cagliari for Nicolo Barella.

Negotiations with Chelsea for Emerson will be more difficult, the report continues. Not because the London club want to keep the Italian Brazilian, but because of the incredibly fractured relationship between the Blues and Inter coach Antonio Conte, with last year’s lawsuits creating a huge rift between the parties.

Inter are hoping to offer €20 million plus €5 million in add-ons, with Emerson’s interest in the move helping the deal.
