Romelu Lukaku and Nicolo Barella trained regularly with the rest of the Inter squad today, meaning that it’s likely they will both be available for tomorrow’s game against Roma, according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sports Italia earlier today.
The report details how the 27-year-old Belgian striker was suffering from a small tear in his abductor muscle, which forced him to miss the last two league wins over Torino and SPAL. It was unclear whether or not the player would be available for tomorrow’s clash against the Giallorossi, but the fact that he trained with the squad today suggests that he may be available on the bench tomorrow.
In regard to Barella, the 23-year-old Italian midfielder has missed the last four league games due to a hamstring injury, the report continues. The player has worked his way back to fitness and performed well in squad training today, so could even potentially start against Roma.
