Inter could look to sign Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as an alternative to Manchester United’s Alexis Sanchez, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
The report details how the 31-year-old Gabonese striker’s contract expires with the Gunners at the end of next season, and currently it doesn’t look as if he’ll sign a new deal with the North London club.
Considering this, his price will be below his market value and so Inter could look to sign the player, similar to how they secured Christian Eriksen’s signature in the January transfer window, the report continues.
According to the report, Inter are still looking to keep Manchester United’s Sanchez, and the Chilean’s contract also expires at the end of next season.
The Nerazzurri are currently in negotiations with the English club, both to keep the player for the rest of this season and a loan deal for next season.
