Roma captain Edin Dzeko tops Antonio Conte’s wish list when it comes to the attack according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

It remains to be seen what will happen to Inter’s attack over the coming months with it depending on whether Alexis Sanchez stays with the club or not plus the possible departure of Lautaro Martinez.

Sanchez is on loan at Inter until the end of the Serie A season but reports in the media have stated that Inter are trying to extend his loan until the end of August and are also evaluating a possible permanent move for him.

Lautaro has meanwhile been linked to Barcelona for a considerable amount of time and in the past week or so Manchester City have also sparked an interest in him as they deem him to be the ideal heir to Sergio Aguero.

The report explains that regardless of which one leaves, if they do, Dzeko is still Conte’s preference to bolster the attack.

The Bosnia and Herzegovina national team striker has made 40 appearances across all competitions this term, in which he has scored 18 goals and provided 12 assists.
