Italian Media Warn Upcoming Transfer Window Could Be Decisive For Antonio Conte’s Future At Inter

The upcoming transfer market could be decisive in determining how long the chemistry will remain between Inter manager Antonio Conte and Inter club management according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset, which was aired a short time ago.

Throughout the season, especially in recent weeks Conte has had several outbursts, in which he has attacked club management for a number of things, including the players brought in and players not brought in.

Whilst Inter management have shown trust in the former Italian national team manager throughout his first campaign in charge, the report warns that club management could grow tired with his outbursts.

The report also highlights that outbursts have often borne fruit at Inter in the past, especially during the tenure of Jose Mourinho although the report does stress that Mourinho’s were different as he was not attacking the club leaders.

Conte took charge of Inter this past Summer and signed a three year contract with the club. He has managed Inter in 45 matches across all competitions to date, of which Inter have won 26, drawn 11 and lost eight.
