Inter are prepared to integrate Eddie Salcedo into the first team next season after the youngsters impressive loan stint with Hellas Verona this season, according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Nerazzurri club have been left impressed by what Salcedo has shown during his loan spell at fellow Serie A side Hellas Verona and he will be the club’s fourth or fifth choice striker next term.

The report goes on to explain that Hellas Verona president Maurizio Setti would like to keep the Italian youth national team attacker for another season but Salcedo instead looks set to return to Inter.

With Salcedo to return to Inter, this will enable the Nerazzurri club to loan out teen sensation Sebastiano Esposito. Esposito has had a mini-breakthrough this term and by being loaned out next season he will be able to get more regular playing time which will only help him to improve as a player.
