Inter are more interested in signing Hellas Verona’s Marash Kumbulla than Lazio are at the moment according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia journalist and transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.

The Nerazzurri have been courting the highly rated Albanian national team defender for some time and for a while they fell behind Lazio in the race to sign him but they would appear to be back ahead again now.

Kumbulla has had his first team breakthrough at Hellas Verona this season and as per various reports in the media, the Gialloblu club want in the region of €30 million for him.

“Inter are insisting on Kumbulla, more so than Lazio at the moment,” he remarked whilst present in the Sky Sport Italia studios late last night.

Di Marzio also went on to reveal that Roma have absolutely zero intention of selling Nicolo Zaniolo, who has drawn links over a possible return to Inter in recent weeks. The Giallorossi club management deem the Italian midfielder to be untouchable.
