Inter central defender Diego Godin has taken to photo sharing social media platform Instagram to share his thoughts and feelings following Inter’s goalless draw against Fiorentina at San Siro on Wednesday night.
The veteran Uruguayan national team player made his 29th appearance across all competitions to date in the match against La Viola.
Inter had many chances in each half of the match to score but somehow failed to find the back of the net in the game and were forced to settle for a draw.
He posted: “We tried to win and tried until the end but it was not to be. It was a pity but we have to think about recovering and the next game.”
