Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez will start alongside Belgian forward Romelu Lukaku against Genoa this evening, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how coach Antonio Conte would prefer to deploy the 31-year-old Chilean forward over 22-year-old Argentine striker Lautaro Martinez, who has been in poor form since the restart of the season. Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen will play behind the duo in a 3-4-1-2 formation.

Three players in midfield have been changed compared to the starting 11 that faced Fiorentina earlier this week, the report continues, with Roberto Gagliardini being the only player to start in both games. Alongside him will be Borja Valero, Victor Moses and Cristiano Biraghi. In defense, Diego Godin is favored ahead of Alessandro Bastoni.

Probable Inter line-up (3-4-1-2): Samir Handanovic; Milan Skriniar, Andrea Ranocchia, Diego Godin; Victor Moses, Roberto Gagliardini, Borja Valero, Cristiano Biraghi; Christian Eriksen; Alexis Sanchez, Romelu Lukaku.
