Inter are working as hard as possible to guarantee the availability of Chilean striker Alexis Sanchez for the remaining games of the Europa League, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

The report details how the 31-year-old Chilean forward is only at coach Antonio Conte’s disposal until after the Nerazzurri’s Europa League clash against Getafe on the 5th August.

The player would then return to Manchester United. The Milanese club are in talks with the Red Devils to extend his deal until the end of the month, but there is a problem.

Manchester United will only leave Sanchez with Inter, the report continues, should the club decide to permanently sign the 31-year-old Chilean forward. The player has impressed since the restart, being a strong option for Conte. This season, Sanchez has scored four goals and provided ten assists in 27 appearances across all competitions.
