Newly promoted side Crotone are interested in signing Inter midfielder Lucien Agoume on loan, according to a report from Italian media outlet FcInterNews earlier today.

The report details how the 18-year-old Frenchman is set to be loaned out by the Milanese club this summer, as they want him to play more regular minutes and develop his experience.

The Calabrian club, who recently won promotion from Serie B, are also interested in signing Agoume’s teammate Sebastiano Esposito on loan as well.

Crotone will face competition from other Italian clubs as well as French clubs for Agoume, the report continues, but will attempt to beat off the competition.

They have already started work to sign the player, but the Nerazzurri will choose the best project that would allow the French teenager to gain regular playing experience.

Agoume has made three first team appearances for the Nerazzurri so far this season, for a total of 65 minutes.
