It now appears increasingly likely that Armando Izzo will leave Torino at the end of this season according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Relations between the player and the club have broken down and the 28-year-old central defender seems almost detined to depart the Granata side in the coming months.

Inter have an interest in signing the Italian national team player, who Torino are keen to make a capital gain on with his sale. They signed him in a €10 million deal from Genoa back in 2018 and he is under contract with them until the end of the 2022/23 season.

This season the 28-year-old has made 36 appearances across all competitions to date. In his time on the park, which totals just over 3100 minutes, Izzo has scored a total of three goals. Whilst unable to provide any assists for teammates, he has played a part in Torino keeping nine clean sheets.
