Inter are proceeding quickly in their pursuit to snap up Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali according to a report from Italian news outlet FCInter1908.it.

Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta and sporting director Piero Ausilio are working to try and get Brescia president Massimo Cellino to drop his demands and agree a deal with him over the highly rated Italian national team player.

The Nerazzurri club feel calm and feel that they are in pole position to sign the 20-year-old, who has also been linked with a potential switch to AC Milan, Juventus and a number of other clubs as of late, the report continues.

The report goes on to add that Inter are optimistic and the deal could be finalised by next week, even if as things stand, no confirmation about traveling to Milan on Monday has arrived from the player’s entourage.

This season Tonali has made 35 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored one goal and provided seven assists for his teammates.
