Christian Eriksen only has a little chance of starting in Inter’s Serie A season finale away to Atalanta tomorrow according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, which was aired a short time ago.

As things stand, Inter manager Antonio Conte is currently thinking about deploying the trio of Roberto Gagliardini, Marcelo Brozovic and Nicolo Barella in the heart of the midfield.

The Danish national team player therefore looks set to start on the bench for the second consecutive game and third time in Inter’s last six matches.

Ashley Young and Antonio Candreva will both start at left wing-back and right wing-back respectively whilst the attacking tandem of Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez will be back together with Lautaro to replace Alexis Sanchez in the starting XI.

Sky Sport Italia state that former Italian national team boss Conte will make a single change to the defence that started against Napoli. Alessandro Bastoni and Stefan de Vrij will retain their places whilst Milan Skriniar will replace Danilo D’Ambrosio.
