Inter manager Antonio Conte will make four changes to the side that started Tuesday night’s 2-0 win over Napoli for tomorrow evening’s Serie A season finale away to Atalanta according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

Milan Skriniar will make a return to the starting line-up after being an unused substitute against Napoli. He will replace Danilo D’Ambrosio at right centre back.

After starting on the bench against Napoli, Ashley Young will be back in the starting line-up as well and he will replace Cristiano Biraghi at left wing-back.

Roberto Gagliardini will take the place of Nicolo Barella in central midfield and he will partner Marcelo Brozovic. The report concludes that Lautaro Martinez will be back too and will replace Alexis Sanchez up top.

Probable Inter starting line-up (3-4-1-2): Samir Handanovic; Milan Skriniar, Stefan de Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Antonio Candreva, Roberto Gagliardini, Marcelo Brozovic, Ashley Young; Borja Valero; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
