Fiorentina are interested in Inter owned midfielder Radja Nainggolan and Nerazzurri target Jan Vertonghen, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Florence based newspaper la Nazione.

The report details how the 32-year-old Nainggolan has impressed this season whilst on loan with Sardinian side Cagliari, but the Rossoblu may not be able to afford him, considering the Coronavirus pandemic and his wage demands.

Fiorentina are monitoring the situation closely and are interested in the former Roma midfielder, the report continues.

According to the report, the Viola are also interested in central defender Jan Vertonghen who is a free agent. The 33-year-old Belgian defender left Tottenham earlier this week and is looking for a new home, with Roma also interested in acquiring the player.

Inter have been linked with the Belgian for some time now. Vertonghen made 30 appearances across all competitions this season for Spurs, for a total of 2250 minutes. In that time, he scored two goals and provided one assist.
