Inter spent close to €200 million on incoming transfers this season according to a report from Italian news outlet Calcio e Finanza, who have seen official documents from Inter regarding transfer expenditure.

Inter’s biggest transfer expenditure came in the deal that brought Romelu Lukaku to the club from Premier League side Manchester United. Inter paid a total of €74.162 million on the Belgian.

Inter’s next biggest signing was the €40.5 million signing of Nicolo Barella and Christian Eriksen rounds off the top three with him costing the club €27.567 million.

The Nerazzurri club also paid €10.624 million to sign Ionut Andrei Radu from Genoa, €4.5 million on Lucien Agoume from Sochuax, €2.4 million on Martin Satriano from Club Nacional and €1.729 million on Ashley Young from Manchester United.

These transfers total €161.5 million and with €23 million on signings for the Primavera plus the €2 million loan fee for Stefano Sensi and €213,000 loan fee for Victor Moses, Inter’s total spending exceeded the €180 million mark.
