Many clubs are interested in signing Inter defender Lorenzo Pirola on loan this summer but the decision will be up to coach Antonio Conte, according to a report from Italian media outlet FcInterNews earlier today.

The report details how the 18-year-old Italian centre back has attracted the attention of many Serie B clubs, including Spezia, Reggina, Perugia and Pescara, although the latter two still need to play a playout game to survive dropping to Serie C.

Newly promoted Serie A sides Crotone and Benevento, are also interested in loaning Lorenzo Pirola, with both clubs having enquired about the player, the report continues.

The decision will be up to coach Antonio Conte, the report continues, who will have to decide whether to retain the 18-year-old Italian or to send him out on loan in order to gain more regular playing time. Pirola made his Serie A debut against SPAL last month, playing 10 minutes against the Ferrara based club.
